H&M Foundation and UNICEF launch the “Be Inclusive” campaign supporting children with disabilities

Children with disabilities often face prejudices. Because of this, the children are hidden and restrained from being part of the society, making it extremely difficult for them to reach their full potential. A digital global awareness campaign supported by H&M Foundation launches today, focusing on inclusion of the 240 million children around the world who live with disabilities. Regardless of where these children grow up, they are more likely to experience greater difficulties with exclusion and lack of participation than children without disabilities are.

Innovation Challenge to futureproof the female workforce in Bangladesh

In a unique partnership, the H&M Foundation, BRAC and The Asia Foundation launch the “STITCH for RMG Global Innovation Challenge” – an international virtual competition aimed at sourcing tech-based innovations to spur positive impact on women employed within the Ready-Made Garment (RMG) industry in Bangladesh. Application is now open and to be submitted by 25 November 2021.

The Global Change Award is back, with new scope

The world’s largest innovation challenge to transform the fashion industry is now open for applications. The Global Change Award 2022 is seeking early-stage innovations contributing to a planet positive fashion industry by addressing the earth’s global commons: land, water, oceans, climate and biodiversity. Winners get to share a grant of 1 million euro, provided by the H&M Foundation.
